Suzie Lang has been the realtor for our family in the purchase of three homes in San Ramon. She could not have been more attentive to our needs. Suzie was visiting family back east when we received a call from her during the long Thanksgiving weekend. She told us she had just seen a new listing which looked very promising and the seller was having an open house the next day. She had one of her associates meet us at the house and the house checked all of the boxes for my mother. The house was a beautiful home on one of the best lots in the subdivision, so many, many people made offers the first day the house was shown. Suzie wrote a personal letter to the seller to elaborate how much it would mean to my mother and our family if they would accept my mother's offer. And they did accept the offer. I cannot tell you how many times I have thanked Suzie for helping my mother purchase this fantastic home.
