The market is still strong but there have been some adjustments. Days on market are a little longer and list to sales price has decreased due to listing prices adjusting to the sales comps.

The inventory is low and homes that are priced right and updated features continue to be in high demand WITH MULTIPLE OFFERS.

The market is a seller's market for this area.
